About us
An umrah transfer company, not a booking platform
We run our own cars and we know our own drivers. When you book, you are not being passed to whichever vehicle happens to be nearby: you are given a named driver, a registered vehicle and a price that does not move.
Most of our passengers are performing Umrah, often with elderly parents or small children, often landing at two in the morning after a long flight. That shapes how we work. The driver waits inside the terminal, the car is cold before you reach it, and nobody is asked for money until the journey is done.
We publish every fare on this website. If a route is not on the list, message us and we will price it in writing before you commit to anything.
The drivers
The same faces, week after week
Our drivers are not a pool of strangers dispatched by an app. They work these roads every week, they know which hotel entrance is open during prayer, and they know that most of the people in the back have been travelling for a day and a half.
Named before you travel
You get his name, his number and the vehicle registration the day before.
Three languages
Arabic, English and Urdu across the team. Ask for one when you book.
Licensed and checked
Current licence, current insurance, and a vehicle registered to carry passengers.
How we work
Six decisions that shape everything else.
Publish every fare
Fourteen routes and six vehicle classes, all on the website. Nothing is quoted by mood.
Take no money up front
No deposit and no card. If your plans change there is nothing to chase back.
One thread, one company
The person who quotes you is the person who confirms the driver. You are not handed to a call centre.
Own the vehicles
We run our own cars. On very busy dates we use partners, and we say so rather than pretending otherwise.
Wait inside the terminal
It costs us more in parking. It is the difference between a good arrival and a bad one.
Answer at any hour
Umrah flights land at three in the morning. Somebody is awake.
Where we drive
Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif, plus both airports. We do not drive outside the Kingdom.

Who we carry
Mostly families, mostly first time, often at three in the morning
That shapes how we work more than anything else. Elderly parents who need a high seat. Small children who need a car seat. People who have never been to the Kingdom and do not know which door of the hotel to use. The job is not simply moving a car from A to B.
What we do not do
Being clear about the edges is more useful than claiming to do everything.
Hotels and visas
We are a transfer company. We do not book accommodation and we cannot process a visa or a Nusuk permit.
Shared vans
Every fare is for the whole vehicle. We will not put another party in the car with you to fill it.
Outside the Kingdom
Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif. We do not cross borders and we do not run to Riyadh.
About the company
Are you a licensed operator?
Yes. Our vehicles are registered to carry passengers and carry current passenger insurance.
Where are you based?
Makkah, with drivers working out of Madinah and Jeddah as well.
Can I speak to somebody before booking?
Yes, on WhatsApp at any hour. Most people ask two or three questions before they commit and that is normal.
Do you work with travel agents?
Yes. If you are moving groups regularly, message us and we will set up a standing rate.
Talk to a person, not a form
Ask anything before you book. There is no obligation and nothing is taken from you.
