Our fleet
Every vehicle, every capacity, every fare
All eight umrah transfer vehicles, filtered by how many of you are travelling. Fares shown are Jeddah Airport to your Makkah hotel; every other route is on the prices page. See every published fare
Inside the car
Cold before you reach it, clean before you sit down
Every vehicle is washed between transfers and the air conditioning is running before the driver leaves for you. In August that is not a luxury, it is the difference between arriving rested and arriving exhausted.
Front and rear
Every vehicle above the saloon class has separate rear controls, so the back of the car is as cold as the front.
Water on board
Chilled bottles for every passenger, replaced before each journey.
Charging
A charging point within reach of the rear seats. Ask the driver for a cable if you have forgotten yours.
How we keep them on the road
A transfer company is only as good as the car that turns up. These are the things we do not let slide.
Serviced on schedule
Manufacturer intervals, not when something starts making a noise. A vehicle overdue for a service does not go out.
Tyres checked weekly
The Makkah to Madinah road in summer is hard on tyres. They are inspected every week and replaced on wear, not on age.
Licensed and insured
Every vehicle carries current registration and full passenger insurance. Ask the driver and he will show you.
Cleaned between transfers
Not at the end of the day. Between each journey, including the inside of the windows.
Child seats free
Rear facing, forward facing and booster. Tell us the age of the child when you book.
Wheelchair friendly
The Hiace and the Staria take a folding chair in the boot with the seats still up. Say so when you book.
Which one should you take
The honest answer is usually one size up from what you first thought, because luggage takes more room than people expect.
| If you are | Take | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Two of you, light bags | Camry or Sonata | Cheapest and quietest |
| A family of four with cases | Staria | Boot space, sliding doors |
| Four with an elderly traveller | GMC Yukon | High seat, easy to get into |
| Six to eight together | Staria or Hiace | Nobody sits on a folding seat |
| Nine to eleven | Hiace | One vehicle instead of two |
| A group of twelve or more | Coaster | Quoted as one figure |
Luggage counts are for large suitcases. Hand baggage and Zamzam containers are on top of that, so tell us if you are carrying either.

Questions about the vehicles
Will I get the exact vehicle I book?
You get the class you book. If we send a larger vehicle because of availability, you pay the fare you were quoted, not the higher one.
How old are the cars?
Our own vehicles are recent models. If a partner vehicle is used on a busy date we hold it to the same standard and tell you beforehand.
Can I see the vehicle before I book?
Ask on WhatsApp and we send a photograph of the actual car and the driver assigned to you.
Is there space for Zamzam?
Yes, but say how many containers when you book. Five litres each adds up quickly and it changes which vehicle we send.
Do you have a smoking policy?
No smoking in any vehicle, including by the driver.
Not sure which vehicle fits your group?
Tell us how many of you there are and how many bags, and we will tell you which one to take and what it costs.
