What happens between landing and your hotel
The part of the journey people worry about most, written out so there are no surprises.
Your flight is tracked
From the moment you send the number. If you land two hours late the driver arrives two hours later, at no cost to you.
The driver goes inside
Not the car park, not the kerb. He waits in the arrivals hall past baggage reclaim, holding a board with your name on it.
You are called
If we have your number we message you when the driver is in position, so you know he is there before you clear customs.
Bags to the car
The driver takes the trolley. The car is already cold.
Straight to the hotel
No other pick-ups, no waiting for a van to fill. Your party and nobody else.

Landing at JED
The busiest arrival point for Umrah. Terminal 1 handles most international carriers and the Hajj Terminal opens for the season. Both are covered at the same fare.
Terminal 1
Exit customs into the arrivals hall and look for the name board. The meeting point is inside, before the exit doors.
Hajj Terminal
Used in season. Tell us if your ticket says Hajj Terminal, because the meeting point is different.
To Makkah
About ninety minutes at most hours. Add half an hour if you land in the evening.

Landing at MED
A smaller and calmer airport, close to the city. Most people are at their hotel within half an hour of clearing customs.
To the city
Twenty to thirty five minutes depending on where your hotel sits relative to the Haram ring.
Night landings
Many flights arrive after midnight. No surcharge and no reduced service.
Straight to Makkah
If you are going directly to Makkah rather than into Madinah, that is a different fare.
The things that go wrong at airports, and what we do about them
The flight is delayed
We watch the board. The driver arrives when your aircraft does, not when your ticket said.
Baggage takes an hour
Waiting at the airport is in the fare. There is no meter running while you stand at the belt.
You cannot find the driver
His name and number reach you the day before. Call him, or message us, and we will put you together.
Your phone has no signal
Airport wifi is free at both terminals. The driver stays in the hall until you appear.
You have more bags than you said
Tell us as soon as you know. Better a bigger vehicle than a boot that will not close.
The group has split across flights
We can send two vehicles at different times, or one that waits. Ask and we will price both.

Airport questions
How much waiting is included?
At the airport, as long as it takes. Elsewhere, thirty minutes, then the hourly rate.
Can the driver meet me at the kerb instead?
Yes if you prefer it. Say so when you book and he will wait at the pick-up lane.
What if I miss my flight?
Message us. Nothing has been paid, so nothing is lost. We rebook for the new time.
Do you take me into ihram on the way?
Yes. Tell us and the driver stops at the meeqat and waits while you change and pray.
How early should I leave for a departure?
Four hours before an international flight from Makkah, seven from Madinah. We will confirm for your specific flight.
