Airport pick-ups and ziyarat
Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall at the airport, and a ziyarat tour takes you to the historic sites in Makkah or Madinah.
Your driver waits for you inside arrivals
When you book, send us your flight number. If your plane is late, your driver still waits, at no extra cost. Once you have your bags, look for the sign with your name. He waits inside and walks you to the car.
Places on a ziyarat tour
In Makkah you see Jabal al-Nour and the cave of Hira from the road, then Jabal Thawr and Arafat. In Madinah the tour goes from Jannat al-Baqi, the main cemetery, to Masjid Quba, Uhud and the Seven Mosques. Four hour tours add more.

Your driver is ready
A day ahead we send your driver’s name and number. At an airport, he meets you inside.
Pay after the ride
Pay your driver in cash or by bank transfer on arrival. Ask us for a receipt.
What your fare already covers
The fare we send you is the fare you pay on the day. Everything in this list is already in the fare.
- Fuel, tolls and parking. Airport parking is covered too, while your driver waits for you inside.
- Stops for prayer and rest on the drive between Makkah and Madinah. They do not add to the fare.
- Luggage and Zamzam water, up to the limit for your vehicle. We never charge you by the bag.
- Waiting at the airport, until you come out, even if customs is slow.
- A child seat costs nothing. Ask for it when you book.
