Which vehicle
For four hours with bags, most families take the Staria or the Hiace rather than a saloon. The difference in fare is smaller than the difference in comfort.
Arriving in Madinah
Drop-off at your hotel door in the central area. Vehicles are restricted close to the Haram at prayer times, so the driver will take the nearest open approach.
Where we meet you
Met inside arrivals at Jeddah with a name board. Tell us the flight number and we watch the arrival board, so a delay does not cost you the car.
What the fare includes
The whole vehicle for your party only, fuel, tolls, parking, luggage within the vehicle capacity, waiting while your flight lands, and prayer stops on the longer runs. No booking fee and no deposit.
Choose by how many of you there are
If you are between two sizes take the larger one. The difference in fare is small and the difference in comfort is not.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Four people travelling together pay the same SAR 500 as one person travelling alone.
When do I pay?
At the end, to the driver, in cash or by bank transfer. Nothing is taken in advance and there is no card payment.
How long does it take?
Usually 4 to 5 hrs, covering about 430 km. Traffic near the Haram and the hour you travel make the difference.
Can I add a stop?
Yes. Tell us before you travel and we quote it in the same message. A stop added on the day is charged at the hourly rate.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free, but ask when you book so the driver brings the right one. Tell us the age of the child.
