What happens after you send it
Four things, in this order, usually inside an hour.
We read it and price it
Against the published table. If your journey is on the list you already know the number.
You get it in writing
The vehicle, the fare and what it covers, on WhatsApp so you have it to refer back to.
You say yes or you do not
Nothing is held against you either way. No deposit has been taken.
The driver is assigned
His name, number and the vehicle registration reach you the day before you travel.
Before you send it, worth including
Your flight number
It is the single most useful thing you can give us. It turns a guess into a tracked arrival.
How many bags
Not how many people. Bags are what decide the vehicle.
Any Zamzam
Five litres each takes real space. Tell us and we send something bigger.
Ages of children
So the right seat is in the car before it leaves for you.
Mobility needs
A folding wheelchair, or somebody who cannot manage a high step.
The hotel name
Not just the district. Makkah has a lot of hotels with similar names.
Before you book
Am I committing to anything?
No. Sending this is asking for a price. You confirm afterwards, or you do not.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable. In Ramadan and around Hajj, earlier. Same day is often possible, so ask.
Can I change it later?
Yes, up to the day before at no cost. On the day, message us and we will do what we can.
Do you send a confirmation?
On WhatsApp, with the fare and the vehicle. Ask for it by email as well and we will send that too.
The day before
You will know who is collecting you
Twenty four hours before you travel we send the driver's name, his mobile number and the registration of the vehicle. If anything changes after that, you hear it from us rather than finding out at the kerb.

Call him directly if your plans move. He answers.
The registration
So you know which car is yours before it pulls up.
A photograph on request
Ask and we send one of the actual vehicle.
